Tell Her

Just a little something I crafted this week.

Tell her.
Your daughter.
Your sister.
Your friend.
Your niece.
Any little girl you know.
Any teenage girl too.

Tell Her.

WOW! I literally shed a tear....Hi Arielle my name is Soledad and I´ve been visiting both your blogs since December. I´ve been recovered for 2 years now, after suffering from anorexia for 10. And I treasure every single word you say, every video you post, you´re an incredible person and I admire you very much for what you do. I feel very lucky to have found your blog.....keep it up!

Soledad - Thank you! So glad you are liking the blogs. I appreciate the kind words so much.

Lou Lou- Thanks, doll. The video is just a message I wanted to share with others... I don't feel no one has told me those things. I am just spreading the important message for young girls. They don't hear that stuff enough! And yes, I will head to your blog later on to check out your posts. :)

No one has ever said something like this to me.
Maybe because I'm not like this.
Maybe because I never let someone to say me something like this - as if it's true, it's the proof that I've mistaken everything.

J. - If no one has ever told you any of these things, it has nothing to do with you. It is simply a shame they have not told you. I promise you, you are these things and more.

That is absolutely beautiful. I mentor a young girl and we have talked about how beauty is inside and out. One day she came up to me and goes, "you know what, I'm pretty awesome, pretty, smart, and beautiful." I adore this child and I hope that she continues this attitude for the rest of her life.

Cute quote I got from a friend:
'Scales only have the power which we bestow upon them. Imagine if I said, ‘My self-worth is determined by the toaster'.
