Coping with Disaster and Death While Recovering from an Eating Disorder

This week's video is an important one if you have ever struggled (or are struggling) with loss of any kind. The second half of the video is key.

Thanks for sharing this, Arielle! Especially relevant since natural disasters, like hurricane Sandy, have brought loss to the forefront of the mind. Also because the holidays are a time when some reflect on the loved ones they have lost, who are not here to celebrate with them as they have been in years past. Again, thank you for sharing!

WOW.

I can't believe I've been this long without visiting your page. I am sorry about that, by the way, it is truly inconsiderate. Your work means A LOT to me.

Thank you SO much. It's absurd how I found this video just now. My life is in shreds, and I know you don't know me, but I am a very alone person and I feel terribly weak because, even after watching this video, I will probably still go on with my ED. I always think I will leave it, and at times, I do! But it always comes back and now evrything is sort of falling apart... Whenever it seems there is no Hope, I feel like the only one who can understand me is that thing that begins with an "A"... I am an adult, this is ridiculous, it's been more than 10 years... But I just can't help it :( Thank you for talking to me, for worrying about the world. You are truly a person full of Light.

God bless you <3
